Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BrikSync PropOS (“the Service”) is operated by Errsol Technologies LLP(“Errsol”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in India. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

During private beta, access is granted by invitation. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@errsol.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights when using the Service;
• attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorised to access, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our written permission;
• upload malware or content you have no right to share;
• disrupt or overload the Service, or circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or access controls.

4. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload information about your tenants and properties.

5. Plans, limits & billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. During private beta, paid plans are not yet billed and the prices shown are indicative. When billing goes live we will give notice and set out the payment terms before any charge applies. Plan limits (such as the number of properties or tenants) are enforced within the product.

6. AI features

Some features use AI to assist with tasks such as lease analysis and drafting. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is provided as assistance only — it is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always review AI output before relying on it. The AI providers we use are listed on our sub-processors page.

7. Beta service — “as is”

While in private beta the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind and without a guaranteed service level or uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Keep your own backups of important data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Errsol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves out of beta. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & contact
