Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever — no trial, no expiry. Start with up to 3 properties and upgrade when your portfolio grows.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We show you an upgrade prompt when you approach your limits. We never delete your data — you simply can't add more until you upgrade.
What does AI lease analysis actually do?
It extracts key dates, rent amounts, deposit amounts, and unusual clauses from lease documents. It flags items for your review — it does not draft leases or auto-sign anything.
Is portal syndication live (Rightmove, Zoopla)?
Business plan generates a JSON/XML export feed you can manually upload to portals. Auto-submission directly to Rightmove/Zoopla is on our roadmap.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (AWS) with row-level security enforced on every database table, so the database itself isolates each tenant. GDPR compliant — export or delete your data anytime.
Will prices change?
Plans and features may evolve as we grow. Your active plan is always honoured — we'll never retroactively change what you're paying for.
