Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. It gives you room for a few properties, a couple of people on your team, and enough AI calls to try the assistant. When the trial ends, your organisation becomes read-only: nothing is deleted and you can export everything at any time, but you'll need to choose a plan to keep creating and editing.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We show you an upgrade prompt when you approach your limits. We never delete your data — you simply can't add more until you upgrade. If you downgrade while over a limit, everything you already have stays readable and editable; you just can't create new records until you're back under the cap.
What counts as an AI call, and what happens when I run out?
Every generation from an AI tool — one lease analysis, one rent recommendation, one drafted message — is one call. The allowance is shared across everyone in your organisation and resets on the 1st of each month; unused calls don't roll over. When you run out, the AI tools pause until the reset or an upgrade. Nothing else in the product is affected.
What does AI lease analysis actually do?
It extracts key dates, rent amounts, deposit amounts, and unusual clauses from lease documents. It flags items for your review — it does not draft leases or auto-sign anything.
Is portal syndication live (Rightmove, Zoopla)?
Business plan generates a JSON/XML export feed you can manually upload to portals. Auto-submission directly to Rightmove/Zoopla is on our roadmap.
Is my data secure?
Your records and uploaded files are encrypted at rest, and every connection is encrypted in transit. We use Supabase (AWS) with row-level security enforced on every database table, so the database itself isolates each tenant. You can export your data yourself at any time; to have it deleted, submit a request from your account settings and we complete it within 30 days.
Will prices change?
Plans and features may evolve as we grow. Your active plan is always honoured — we'll never retroactively change what you're paying for.
