Straight answers

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — no credit card required. Up to 3 properties, tenant portal, lease management, and maintenance tracking. Upgrade when you're ready.

How does online rent collection work?

Tenants pay through a Stripe-powered checkout. Payments are confirmed via webhook and recorded automatically. Receipts are generated as PDFs tenants can download.

What AI features are included on Pro?

AI lease analysis (extracts and flags key clauses), AI rent valuation (suggests optimal rent based on your data), and AI maintenance classification (urgency and vendor type). All reviewed by you — nothing is automated without your approval.

Is portal syndication (Rightmove, Zoopla) automated?

Not yet. Business plan generates a JSON/XML export feed that you can manually upload to portals. Auto-submission is on our roadmap.

Do you have an API?

Not publicly available yet. We have internal API routes powering the platform. A documented REST API for Business plan customers is on the roadmap.

Are prices going to change?

We're in beta and these are early-adopter prices. We'll give advance notice before any increase. Early customers lock in their rate for 12 months.
