Can I request early access now?

Yes. We're onboarding teams in batches so we can stay hands-on and make sure each setup goes well.

How does online rent collection work?

Tenants pay through a Stripe-powered checkout. Payments are confirmed via webhook and recorded automatically. Receipts are generated as PDFs.

What AI features are available?

AI lease analysis, AI rent valuation, AI maintenance triage, market insights, communication drafter, and document Q&A. All reviewed by you — nothing is automated without your approval.

Is portal syndication automated?

Not yet. The current product generates an export feed you can manually upload. Auto-submission is on our roadmap.

How much does it cost?
