Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

BrikSync PropOS is a property-management platform built and operated by Errsol Technologies LLP(“Errsol”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in India. For any privacy matter, including exercising the rights below, contact us at hello@errsol.com. Errsol is the data controller for account and platform data; for data you upload about your own tenants and properties, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — your name, email, organisation name, role, and password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider).
• Application data you enter — properties, units, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance requests, documents, and related records.
• Usage and diagnostic data — log and error data (with personal data scrubbed before it reaches our monitoring tools) used to keep the service working.
• Content submitted to AI features — only the specific text or document you send to an AI tool for that request, processed to return the result.

We do not process online card payments ourselves during the beta and do not store card numbers.

3. How and why we use it

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, authenticate you, enforce access controls and plan limits, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating a secure platform, and your consent where required (for example, optional AI features). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of vetted service providers to run the platform — hosting, database, email, error monitoring, rate limiting, and AI. Each processes only the data needed for its function. The current, canonical list is published on our sub-processors page.

5. Where data is processed

Our providers operate in the EU and the US depending on the service and your project region. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by the contractual and security safeguards offered by those providers.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your data or close your account, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR for users in the EU/UK), you can access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Data export (Article 20) and erasure (Article 17) are available directly in your account settings today. To exercise any other right, email hello@errsol.com.

8. Security

We defend data in depth — encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security in the database, role-based access control, and continuous error monitoring. More detail is on our security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

9. Children

BrikSync PropOS is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

As we move out of beta we will update this policy and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.

11. Governing law & contact
